Програма для менеджерів
We only identify a crisis situation when our usual mechanisms of action no longer work. This situation unleashes self-dynamics and binds enormous energies that are missing then in the operational business of the organization. This has been widely observed during the COVID19-pandemic – worldwide and in all areas of societies. From the point of view of crisis management we will look into the following questions: How is the „crisis“ communicated? And which strategies are feasible?
The training provides the participants with knowledge on crisis communication and prepares them for communication in future crisis situations. In five interactive sessions (two hours online plenum plus group work) the following topics will be covered:
• Examples of crisis communication in business and politics
• Strategy analysis
• Preparation for crisis communication
• Internal and external crisis communication
• Statements and interviews
Towards the end of the training, the participants have the opportunity to discuss strategies and issues with regard to future crisis communication in individual sessions with the trainer.

Do you feel like change is something stressful, maybe even annoying? Most people do! Because we like to hold on to what we know. We prefer staying put. However, without change, progress is impossible. Managers, who are reluctant to change, will not be able to steer their enterprise into the future. So, let’s face it: If you want to be competitive, there is no way around change, especially in times of COVID-19!
In this course you will learn how to:
– Approach change management holistically
– Apply the professional communication of change
– Involve everyone who is affected
– Convince people of your plan
– Recognize and overcome resistance.
We will start by getting to know each other during the first online workshop. You will then get 2-3 days to individually work on the e-learning course on change management. We will use the second online workshop to discuss your personal experiences in change processes and to answer any questions you may have.
